Boracay Skin knows that it can be a little hard sometimes when shopping online. We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their Myra Swim x Boracay Skin swimwear.
If you would like to return or exchange your swimwear, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a form to complete.
STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR SWIMWEAR
1- Try on your garments over underwear
2- Check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag.
3- Read terms & conditions of purchase below. Ensure you have understood all our terms and conditions.
4- Fill out your returns form making sure you fill in ALL sections.
5- Post back to the return address provided below. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we will not be liable for any returns lost in transit.

6- Once the items arrive at Boracay Skin, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.
Terms & Conditions
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your swimwear and body oil must be returned and posted within 7 days of receiving your goods. The body oil MUST be returned as well unopened.
Swimwear garments must be returned with original packaging, tags & hygiene liner attached and garment bags. Please try your garments on over your underwear.
Boracay Skin have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the garments are returned in an unacceptable condition. Any garments that have any tags, hygiene liners, garment bags missing, body oil not returned will be refused and no refund or credit note will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the customer to send back the garments and body oil to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with their order number. The exchange process begins with being given a store credit for the price of the garment to purchase your correct items by placing a new order online.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once you have received your items, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges on products purchased due to health regulations (excluding Myra Swim x Boracay Skin swimwear). If the product purchased is damaged in transit please email us promptly at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If for any reason your package is returned to us and we have confirmed with our shipping courier it is on it's way to our head office and has not been destroyed by your country's customs officials, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
We do not refund on items marked as sale or discounted with a promo code. Any items marked as sale or discounted with a promo code are eligible for a store credit ONLY. Store credits never expire.
Full price items are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs. Once a refund has been processed you will received a refund notification email. Your refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
