Customer Service and Social Media
Boracay Skin is growing and we are looking for a customer service and social media superstar!
We’re a small and young beauty company with exciting times ahead. We’re looking for someone to join the team that can offer support as we grow.
Where: Melbourne, VIC
Some key responsibilities of the role:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media channels
- Sourcing and scheduling content on social media channels
- Email Marketing
- Packing orders (if required during busy periods)
- Any other ad hoc tasks the team requires
Skills & Experience
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience using Shopify
- Able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Knowledge in using Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok
- Creative flair
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Highly organised
- Experience in using Later and Klaviyo is preferred but not required.
All work is done remotely so you will need a computer, phone and an internet connection.
